Christianity is full of many paradoxes such as today’s verse of the day Isaiah 40:31. What God does in you while you wait on Him, is just as important as what HE teaches you while you wait.

I would like to ask any of our followers to give us an example of something you have learned during a “waiting on GOD lesson?”

This verse has always made an impression on me, although presented opposite, I have always felt this verse was important to be remembered, known, and kept in reverence (to place someone or something in high esteem; noun). I was taught growing up that God was similar to what my relationship with my father on earth. God gave us commands and consequences in the same manner as our earth parents.

So, if you are a Christian or believer in the Lord our God then keep this verse close to your heart; never let it part your lips; make sure that you keep God in reverence at all times.

God has given us life; with this life God has given us free will; however, God has asked each of us to give respect to our life here on earth and to keep the Heavens in reverence, as well as, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. With knowledge comes great responsibility; therefore respect this life you have been given by having reverence in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Verse of the Day

However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. 1 Peter 4:16 NIV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/1pe.4.16/7430
